Damage or Tempered Box

Please do not accept the delivery if the packaging box is tampered with or damaged.

 Returns / Replacement Policy:

 We aim that the customer receives goods in the perfect condition, but in case customer receives a defective or damaged product please take pictures of the packaging box and an unboxing or product unwrapping video showing the shipping label, they can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery by sending us email at support@kart24.in com with their order ID, description and photo of the issue.

Once your requested for a return/ exchange is approved the product has to be shipped in 3 working days.

Please note that we do not offer reverse pickup facility and the customer must arrange for the product to be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service. The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.

The replacement policy is applicable only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. It is not applicable for products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.

Please note that the original packaging, tags, and price tags must be kept intact for any return to be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the original box, price tags, or other packaging elements are damaged.

If the product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer can choose to receive a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value.

Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

Missing items or Wrong Item

In case of missing or wrong products in the box, we will verify the same through the CCTV installed at our packing stations.

Once sufficient details have been received by the team, we will review it to proceed for the next step of replacement/ refund as the case maybe.

Refund Policy

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end.

The refund will appear in your account within 7 working days after receiving the product return.
